The 3/8" band width sits in one of the most practical positions in the worm gear clamp range — wide enough to deliver a stable, even sealing force across the hose surface, narrow enough to fit in the restricted clearances typical of engine bays, plant installations, and maintenance applications. Our 3/8" Embossed Band selection draws from two of Europe's most respected clamp manufacturers: Mikalor's ASFA embossed range, engineered in Spain to precise DIN tolerances, and Jubilee's embossed clip line, manufactured to BSI kite-marked standards in the UK. Both use a raised embossed thread profile rather than perforations, leaving the inner band surface smooth and eliminating the hose bite and extrusion risk associated with standard perforated clamps — a meaningful advantage on silicone and flexible hose assemblies. Available in W4 304 stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance or W1 zinc-plated steel where cost efficiency takes priority over maximum corrosion protection, giving you the right material specification for the environment rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
