The Single Ear Hose Clamp or Pinch clip is manufactured from Stainless Steel by Oetiker and is an economical solution for many simple hose assemblies. The single ear hose clamp can be used with air or other fluids. These pinch clamps are ideal for demanding applications involving soft or hard rubbers and plastics. The design also ensures a uniform compression around the whole circumference of the hose clamp. This product benefits from a fast and simple installation, visible deformation provides evidence of proper closure. The mechanical interlock is a mechanical connection which keeps the clamp securely closed. By using a mechanical interlock instead of spot-welding, corrosion around the closure elements is reduced
