We ship all of our parcels either via  DHL recorded delivery – or Royal Mail (Please note even 1st Class Royal Mail can be subject to delays - if you require urgent tracked delivery of goods then select DHL)  we endeavour to ship all orders in a timely fashion.

UK - means England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland

Next Day Delivery - for all orders placed before 2pm

Next day delivery

UK Next Day deliveries must be received before 2pm for dispatch the same day. Orders completed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday, as the warehouse is shut on weekends. For national holidays, the warehouse is shut and dispatch will be made on the next working day.

For example, orders after 2pm Monday - Thursday will be dispatched Easter Tuesday. Orders during the Christmas break will be dispatched on the first working day after Christmas, but before New Year.

Weekend Orders

Orders received over the weekend will be despatched Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday.
