Next Day Delivery

UK Next Day deliveries must be received before 2pm for dispatch the same day. Orders completed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

All orders after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day if a Bank Holiday) as the warehouse is shut on weekends.

Weekend Orders

Orders received over the weekend will be despatched Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday.

Christmas Orders

All orders received on 23rd December will be despatched with DHL that day, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee next day delivery, due to this being busiest time of year for couriers. All orders received after 23rd December will be despatched on our return, on January 4th 2022.

Please have your order number and the date of when you ordered available. If your products have already been delivered, please see our returns policy.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product to us and we will be happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is in a fully resalable 'as new' condition. Any returned products should be sent in the original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. You will need to cover the cost of postage of the returned items.

Due to the technical nature of some of our products, goods returned as faulty may have to undergo extensive testing. This may delay the acceptance of the return and any subsequent credit or exchange. Customers seeking continuity of supply can purchase a replacement immediately and then the cost of any goods deemed faulty by HCL Fasteners Ltd will then be credited to compensate the new purchase.

If a returned product is not in a fully resalable condition, HCL Fasteners Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct 20% of the original selling price from the refund.

If the product is has not been purchased for commercial use or resale, then the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies, but this will only cover the cost of undamaged or unused products, not damaged or used items, or return postage.  

Refund Process

HCL Fasteners Ltd will refund the price of the item(s) within 2-3 working days of receipt of the goods by us from the buyer, or to exchange the product(s) depending on your preference.

A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
